As part of maintaining Kitemark accreditation it is necessary to review cement prism data from your cement supplier. All suppliers of cement serving the uk market are required to have the product tested independently to insure that it meets the requirements of BS EN 197-1:2011 Cement Composition, specifications and conformity.

Dascon monitors the performance of your cement month to month and assesses this performance against compressive strength results from routine testing. If concrete strength performance is being adversely affected by cement performance you will therefore always be able to query this issue if necessary.

The concrete prism results are also maintained as appropriate records for presentation at annual surveillance audit. See below.
